1. Introduction

Welcome to EFaith Studio LLC, a professional interior design service provider. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Our interior design services include, but are not limited to, consultation, space planning, material selection, furniture and accessory sourcing, color scheme development, and project management. A detailed description of the services to be provided will be outlined in the client agreement prior to commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the project, including measurements, preferences, and budget constraints.

• Ensure timely communication and availability for meetings or site visits.

• Obtain necessary permissions or approvals from landlords, building management, or other relevant parties.

4. Fees and Payments

• Fees for our services will be outlined in a formal proposal and client agreement.

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total project cost is required to secure our services.

• Payment installments and due dates will be detailed in the client agreement. Late payments may incur a 12% late fee.

• Additional charges may apply for changes to the project scope, expedited timelines, or unforeseen challenges.

5. Design Revisions

• Clients are entitled to one (1) round of revisions during the design process. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $65/hour.

• Revisions must be requested within 1-3 weeks of receiving design drafts.

6. Project Timeline

• Project timelines will be estimated based on the agreed scope of work.

• Delays caused by the client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the timeline.

7. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors

• We may recommend third-party vendors or contractors for specific tasks. While we aim to partner with reliable professionals, we are not responsible for their performance, pricing, or timelines.

• The client is responsible for directly engaging and managing third-party vendors unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

• All design concepts, renderings, drawings, and materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use design materials for other projects without our written consent.

9. Confidentiality

• We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose personal or project details to third parties without consent.

• Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by EFaith Studio LLC.

10. Cancellation and Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice.

• If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

• EFaih Studio LLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement in the event of non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of terms by the client.

11. Liability

• EFaith Studio LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of third-party products, materials, or services.

• We are not responsible for structural issues, building code violations, or other pre-existing conditions within the project space.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, USA.

13. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.

​

14. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in writing.
