2 | Proposal & deposit
You'll receive a detailed proposal outlining your package, design fee, projected furnishing budget, and timeline. A 50% deposit secures your project start date.
Days 2–5
3 | Design development
We develop your full design concept — mood boards, floor plans, furniture selections, and decor direction. You review and provide feedback. One revision round is included before we move to procurement.
Days 5–10
4 | Procurement & ordering
With your design approved, we place all orders via our trade accounts. You approve the final shopping list and furnishing budget before anything is purchased. We track every shipment from order to delivery.
Days 10–21 · Lead times vary by item
5 | Installation day
EFaith Studio arrives on-site and transforms the space — furniture assembly, placement, art installation, accessorizing, and full styling. Most properties are completed in one day. Larger properties may require two.
