Space Planning
A professionally developed furniture layout based on their measurements/floor plans.
Furniture + Décor Selection
Furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments, artwork, accessories and decorative elements necessary to complete the room.
Finish & Material Selection
Paint, wallpaper, flooring and relevant finishes depending on the project.
3D Rendering
Includes 2–3 photorealistic views.
Designer Shopping List / Specification Book

Using photos, measurements, property information, plans, and other project details provided to us, we can develop your outdoor design remotely. You'll receive a clear visual direction that can be shared with your local landscaper, contractor, pool company, or other qualified professionals for implementation.

A detailed proposal is emailed for your review. Once approved, an invoice is sent and your start date is secured.

We develop your full design concept — mood board, floor plan, shopping list, and styling notes — in 7–10 business days.

Review + Revisions
You review the design and provide feedback. One round of revisions is included to refine selections before final delivery.

Shop & Style
Your final design package is delivered digitally. You shop the list, receive your items, and use our styling notes to create the look.
