Within 48 hours of your consultation, I'll send a detailed scope proposal outlining your custom design package, investment, timeline, and deliverables. Once approved, a 50% retainer secures your project start date.

Concept & Vision
This is where the magic begins. I develop a curated design concept — mood boards, color stories, and material palettes — all tailored to your personality, lifestyle, or guest experience goals. We align on direction before a single purchase is made.

Design Development

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by scope. A virtual e-design package is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. A single-room residential project runs 4–6 weeks. Full-home or Airbnb premium projects generally take 6–12 weeks from retainer to reveal, depending on lead times and procurement.
Do you work with clients outside of Charlotte?
Absolutely. My virtual e-design service is available nationwide. For full-service and in-person projects, I primarily serve the Charlotte metro area and surrounding regions, but I do take select destination projects — just reach out to discuss your location.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your project date and begin the design process. The remaining 50% is due before the final installation or delivery of your design files. Procurement costs are billed separately at cost-plus-markup prior to ordering.
Will I be able to see the design before anything is purchased?
Yes — always. You'll receive a full design presentation including mood boards, selections, and 3D renderings (on full-service projects) for your approval before any purchases are made. Your sign-off is required before procurement begins.
Can you help with just one room or one Airbnb space?
Of course. Many clients start with a single room and return for more. There's no minimum scope requirement — every project, big or small, receives the same thoughtful, personalized approach.

STR design is guest-first and ROI-driven. It prioritizes durability, photography appeal, and the kind of "wow factor" that translates to 5-star reviews and higher nightly rates. I apply both residential sensibility and hospitality strategy to every Airbnb project — so your space looks beautiful and performs as an investment.
