You review the layout concept, mood board, and selections. Revisions happen here, before anything is ordered.

Your complete design package, delivered as a PDF, ready to hand to your contractor. Optional contractor handoff call.

What You Get
A complete design concept and product selections, created to be built by your contractor and their preferred vendors.
What It Isn't
Architectural drawings, engineering, or permit documents. If your project moves walls, plumbing, or structure, your contractor or an architect will handle the technical drawings and permits. Your concept gives them a clear starting point.
Common Questions
Do I need a contractor already?
No. Many clients start with design so they can get accurate, comparable bids. A concept package makes contractor quotes far easier to compare.
Will my contractor be able to work from this?
Yes. The package is built for builders: clear selections, specs, and layout intent. If they have questions, the optional handoff call covers them.
Do you handle permits or blueprints?
No. This is concept design and selections only. Your contractor or an architect handles permits and technical drawings.
Can I buy the products through you?
Your selections come with sourcing links, so you or your contractor can buy from any vendor. For custom or unique pieces, I can source through my trade accounts.
How long does it take?
Typically 3–4 weeks from intake to final concept package.
Do I need to be in Charlotte?
No. This service is fully virtual and available nationwide.
